The Parkerville Children and Youth Care is a well-established Non-For-Profit organisation with 114 years’ experience.
They support vulnerable children, young people, adults and their families in Western Australia.

Their mission is to protect, care, advocate and promote recovery for children and young people who have experienced trauma from abuse, to support families and to work with the community to prevent child abuse.

From humble beginnings as an orphanage in 1903 on an 18 acre block of land in Parkerville, the organisation now successfully operates a range of primary, secondary and tertiary services.
These include Armadale, Cannington, Midland, Mirrabooka, South West, Wheatbelt and Murchison districts.

They are committed to developing innovative and culturally safe services in partnership with government and other not-for-profit organisations to meet the needs of families in local communities and improve outcomes for them.

“This was a great cause to be supporting and we were happy to help in any way that we could”

Sadleirs were happy to get on board with eager volunteers David Cox, Phil Scott, Ian Kent, Glen Davies, Jeff Barnes, Tamara Deetman, Nastassja Murcha, Brett Thiele who were all in attendance.

Tamara Deetman, Executive Assistant
