David Cole
Chief Executive OfficerDavid joined Sadleirs in 2019 following senior management roles with Armaguard (part of the Linfox Group), AHG Refrigerated Logistics, Rand National Transport and BGC Blokpave.
He is a highly experienced and respected leader within the logistics industry, with a track record of building strong teams and driving business growth.
Jenny Cutri
General Counsel & Company SecretaryJenny joined Sadleirs in 2023 and became part of the Executive Team in 2024.
She is a highly experienced corporate counsel and compliance specialist who has worked across sectors including financial services, corporate regulation, technology and health.
Jenny also brings significant leadership experience, having served as a Senior Executive and Company Director, including Chair of an ASX-listed company.
Paul Doherty
Head of Human ResourcesPaul joined Sadleirs in 2025 and brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources, industrial relations and employee relations.
He has held senior leadership roles across warehousing, logistics and fuel distribution, and was previously Director and Principal Consultant of a human resources consultancy that supported Sadleirs for several years.
In his role, Paul supports the business and its leaders with a focus on succession planning, team development and delivery of the People strategy.
Glen Davies
Divisional General Manager - PackagingGlen joined Sadleirs in 1996 and was appointed General Manager of the Packaging division in 2004.
He is highly regarded across the packaging sector and has led the development of the business and its extensive product range.
Glen is also Chairman of AFIBCA, the governing body of the Australian bulk bag industry.
David Kiggins
Chief Financial OfficerDavid joined Sadleirs in 2021, bringing significant leadership and financial experience across a wide range of industries.
He has been a senior executive and director in private and publicly listed companies specialising in distribution, construction services, automotive retail and helicopter operations.
Danica Pilgrim-Younger
Head of HSEDanica joined Sadleirs in 2022 having held senior Health, Safety and Environment roles across a broad range of industries.
She advocates for continual improvement in safety systems and management, ensuring that everyone gets to go home to their loved ones every day.
James Robinson
General Manager West Coast – Logistics and ResourcesJames joined Sadleirs in 2022, bringing over a decade of experience in logistics and operations management. With a strong background in leadership, contract delivery and project management, he has a proven ability to deliver customer-focused outcomes while maintaining operational excellence.
Holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, James combines analytical rigour with practical industry expertise to optimise resources and support Sadleirs’ key clients. As General Manager – West Coast, Logistics and Resources, he leads with a focus on strategic oversight, operational efficiency and sustainable growth across both divisions.
