SADLEIRS TEAM
David Cole
Chief Executive OfficerDavid is a highly experienced and respected leader with over 20 years of experience within the logistics industry. He is driven by commercially competitive business and is a strategic innovator, building teams to inspire others through collaboration, operational effectiveness and customer centricity.
Prior to joining Sadleirs, David held several senior positions including Chief Operating Officer for Armaguard (part of the Linfox Group), General Manager at Rand National Transport, General Manager at AHG Refrigerated Logistics and National Sales Manager at BGC Blokpave.
David joined Sadleirs in August 2019.
Jenny Cutri
General Counsel & Company SecretaryJenny is a highly experienced corporate counsel and compliance specialist who has worked in number of sectors including financial services, corporate regulation, technology and health. Jenny also has significant leadership experience having had roles as a Senior Executive and Company Director (including as chair of an ASX listed company).
Jenny joined Sadleirs in May 2023 and became part of the Executive Team in July 2024.
Glen Davies
Divisional General Manager - PackagingGlen commenced working in the packaging industry in 1991 and joined the Sadleirs Group in 1996 as a Sales Representative in Cliff Street, Fremantle.
He has held the General Managers position since 2004. He is currently Chairman of AFIBCA – the governing body of the Australian bulk bag industry.
Glen started with Sadleirs in October 1996.
Brendan Duroiselle
Head of Human ResourcesBrendan joins Sadleirs with significant Human Resources experience in a range of diverse industries including road and public transport, mining, resources, and construction. Brendan most recently joins us from the public transport industry, where he has led teams involved with multiple functions within the People and Culture Remit including ER/IR, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workers Compensation and Training.
Brendan is tertiary qualified in Human Resources and is passionate about exploring practical solutions for organisations with a pragmatic and authentic approach.
Brendan joined Sadleirs in April 2024
Troy Haug
General Manager, ICTTroy joins the group with over 20 years’ experience in leading technology teams at private and publicly listed companies from a range of industries including, Mining, Industrial Services, Construction Services and Manufacturing. He has lead transformational technology strategies in previous roles and established IT/OT for a leading global Lithium manufacturer.
Troy joined Sadleirs in December 2021.
David Kiggins
Chief Financial OfficerDavid comes to Sadleirs with significant leadership and financial experience across a broad range of industries, having worked previously as a senior executive and company director in companies specialising in distribution, construction services, automotive retail and helicopter operations.
David joined the Sadleirs team in June 2021.
Danica Pilgrim-Younger
National Safety ManagerDanica comes to Sadleirs with significant Health, Safety and Environment experience across a broad range of industries, having worked previously as a HSE Manager for the Resources and Construction sectors.
Danica is passionate about family and this is what has been the driver in her career, advocating for continual improvement in safety systems and safety management, ensuring that everyone gets to go home to their loved ones every day.
Danica joined Sadleirs in January 2022.
Alun Powell
Executive Director - GlobalAlun began his career as a Management Trainee with a UK Shipping Line in 1974. He then moved to Australia and held management roles in the Global Freight Forwarding & Custom Brokerage industry. Alun is a specialist in the International freight supply chain.
Alun joined Sadleirs in 1997, becoming an Executive Director in 1999.
