Impact to Service Levels due to Coronavirus.
There is an enormous amount of information circulating around COVID-19 and the actions that we need to take to mitigate its impact.
I am not seeking to add to this commentary but wish to advise that the Coronavirus pandemic is impacting our operation and causing some delays.
We are in unchartered territory with respect to the actions we are needing to take, and are going to have to take, to protect our employees and customers’ health and wellbeing.
Please note that we are continuing, and will continue to transport customers’ freight across Australia.
Whilst experiencing increased volumes we are also adhering to a number of restrictions imposed upon us at pick-up and delivery points across the country. This coupled with challenges around staff segregation and distancing will have an effect on our service levels and whilst customers receiving their freight may experience some delays please be assured that we are obeying all regulations and guidelines from government authorities related to containment of the virus.
We ask customers to be patient through these difficult and trying times and assure you of regular and up to date communication.
